Since 1978 DCI has monitored Security and Fire Alarm Life Safety Systems. Our computer-linked Central Station brings advanced protection for your home and business. Our professionally trained staff and high-tech equipment brings maximum protection and reliability.

To ensure ultimate reliability, Underwriter’s Laboratories (U.L.) regulates and routinely reviews our Central Station to make certain we are meeting its stringent requirements. Our U.L listing gives our customers the comfort of knowing they are being monitored by the best.

Diamond Communications, Inc. (DCI) is a dealer for one of the world’s largest manufacturer of State of the Art Access Control Systems. From small two door controls, up to thousands of doors and gates, Diamond can engineer, design, supply and install a system that will meet the needs of any property.

With integrated video verification (Facial Recognition) Biotechnology (Fingerprint, Retina or Palm Scans) card swipe, and PIN codes the options are there to meet your needs.

With options of up to 250 zones for doors, windows, motion detectors, industrial microwave motion detectors, laser beams for perimeter protection or cable sensors for fence protection, the sky is the limit for the protection available.

Robbery at gunpoint or other threat is a serious concern for commercial businesses that have cash transactions. With panic buttons and/or money clips, a silent alarm can be transmitted in a matter of seconds so we can alert the authorities.

Digital CCTV Surveillance Systems

Digital CCTV Surveillance System is the fastest growing area of the security business. Diamond Communications offers the latest State of the Art Digital Surveillance Equipment on the market. Whatever your needs be - we have a solution, from monochrome to color cameras that meet the requirements necessary to provide high standard of images for the very latest in Digital CCTV Surveillance and Security Systems.

Pre-assembled cameras (camera, lens, housing & mount as one unit) integrated fixed dome cameras; pan/tilt/zoom and Auto Dome solutions along with stand alone cameras and accessories are available. Sensors to automatically follow; or manual controllers with a variety of features, allow for flexibility and functionality.

With storage capacities increasing almost daily and software compression techniques improving, you can store larger files on the system and achieve much longer archive times. Diamond can configure systems up into the Terabit range (125 Gigabytes – 1 Byte equals 8 bits) with up to 250 cameras configured as one system. Latest and new storage technologies have demonstrated capabilities that can fit 1 terabit of data per square inch, which nets out to the capacity of 25 DVDs fitting in an area the size of a postage stamp.

By using the Internet, you can remotely view your cameras or stored files from anywhere in the world with your laptop and an Internet connection. You can also tie-in your system to your Local Area Network and view any camera or file from your computer. In addition, any other computer with pre-assigned access capabilities and password can also view select cameras and files.

Digital Storage and Remote Camera Viewing Systems

Diamond Communications, Inc. operate a round the clock remote control center that provides high resolution live viewing of CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) surveillance cameras as well as offers complete video management solution that is scalable and includes features such as remote alarm notification, alarm handling, camera control, and device checking capability. Other useful features include instant playback functions, one-touch record, email-on-event, and overwrite protection to keep important recordings safe. Excellent image quality and authentication means archived video that can be used in court.

Currently, we are providing remote live camera viewing service for a number of clients and constantly expanding.

Fire Alarm Life Safety Systems

A Fire Alarm Life Safety System is one of those things that we don’t even think about until we need it. The occupancy classification of your building will determine if the Fire Marshall will require a complete Fire Alarm Life Safety System. If you have Fire Sprinklers in your business the code requires, as a minimum, you have monitoring of the water flow and tamper switches.

DCI can offer state of the art equipment to protect your business with standard Smoke or Heat Detectors, Duct Smoke Detectors, Beam Smoke Detectors, Manual Pull Stations, and fire safety control features such as Elevator Recall, E/M Door Holders. Our Engineering Department will lay out the required Strobes, Horn/ Strobes and Horns along with any Fire Emergency Voice / Alarm Communications System Speakers that may be required for Fire Alarm Audio Systems for high rise buildings and special occupancies to meet NFPA 72 code requirements.
