DIAMOND COMMUNICATIONS, INC. ACQUIRES TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICE

March 2, 2009, Madera, California – Today, the Madera based Diamond Communications, Inc. (DCI) announced that it has acquired 'The Telephone Answering Service (TAS)' accounts from Madera Radio Dispatch (MRD).

In December of 2008, DCI was approached by Fred Massetti of MRD who informed Michael Tarin (DCI company president) about his retirement plans and explored the possibility of DCI acquiring full ownership and interests of MRD TAS accounts.  Michael conveyed his keen interest and subsequently acquired full rights to the TAS accounts. 

DCI is proud to be able to continue to serve our local community's need for a TAS.  We also are happy to announce that the wonderful ladies who worked the TAS at MRD are now employed by DCI.  It is our goal with the TAS to continue to provide the professional and friendly service, all of our loyal customers have come to expect.
